Fabulously Fifty Plus — Team Training
Work through each section in order. The sequence is deliberate - don't skip ahead. Everything you need is here.
Start HereBefore you log into anything or think about who to talk to, get clear on why you joined.
This isn't a motivational exercise. It's practical. When someone asks you a question you're not sure how to answer, or when things feel slow, your why is what keeps you moving. Without it, most people stall in the first two weeks.
Your why will also shape how you talk to other people. Nobody connects with a pitch - they connect with a real reason. Knowing yours means you can have honest conversations rather than scripted ones.
Write it down before you do anything else. Be specific. "I want more money" isn't a why. "I want to stop asking permission to take a week off" is.
Go to the training page below. Your Why training is the second video on the page. Watch it before you move on.
You'll need to log in. Password: hungry (this changes occasionally - if it doesn't work, message me)
Your back office is where everything lives - your referral link, your team, your earnings, and your training. Get comfortable in here early.
Before you go any further, take five minutes to look at the Success Team Site. It gives you a clear visual overview of your first five steps as a new partner - log in, watch your welcome series, complete KYC, explore the entertainment portal, and start inviting guests to the Zooms. Think of it as your quick-reference map. Everything on that page is covered in more detail as you work through this one.

Important - read this first. Every Travorium University link on this page requires you to be logged into your back office. If you click any of them without being logged in they will show as invalid. Log in using the button below, then come back and continue from here.
Log Into Back Office FirstThe Welcome Series is a 4-video course designed to guide you through your first steps. Work through them in order - each one builds on the last.
Welcome to Travorium: Your Journey Begins Here - David Hart, the founder, explains the heart behind the company and why you're in the right place.
The Power of Three: Your Foundation for Growth - Todd Strand covers why getting three partners is your first milestone and how it unlocks daily pay and momentum.
Everything Included in Your Membership - Darryl and Maria Roberts walk through the full value of what you've just joined - every platform, every perk.
Your Sharpening Season Starts Now - Josh Hart explains the 7-day verification period, what to expect, and how to start moving with purpose from day one.
KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It's a standard identity verification process - you need to complete it before you can receive commission payments. Don't leave this sitting.
Step 1 - Wait 7 days from your join date. This is a platform requirement. You can't skip it, but you can prepare.
Step 2 - Verify your identity. You'll need a passport or photo ID. Have it ready so as soon as the 7 days are up you can complete this immediately.
You can start the verification process before the 7 days are up - the system will just confirm when you're eligible to complete it.
This is the link you share with anyone you want to invite. Your personal URL is travorium.com/[your ID number].

Access to Travorium University - all the training you need as you grow.
When someone is ready to join, here's exactly what to do:
Go to travorium.com/[your ID number]
Click the purple Get Started button in the top right corner.
Select the membership and partnership option that suits them.
Fill out the form. Name must match exactly as it appears on their passport or photo ID. Password must include upper case, lower case, and a symbol.
Choose payment method and complete sign up.
Walk new people through this process with them if you can, either on a call or via WhatsApp. It takes ten minutes and avoids a lot of back and forth later.
Before you start talking to anyone about Travorium, use it yourself.
The membership is the product. It's what your future members are joining for and it's what makes everything else possible. If you haven't experienced it, you can't talk about it with any real conviction - and people can tell.
Look up somewhere you're actually planning to go, or a hotel you've stayed at before and know the price of. Compare what you see in the portal with what you'd pay publicly. That comparison is your most natural conversation starter.
Better still - book something. Even a one-night stay. Nothing makes this more real than using it, and nothing is more useful in a conversation than being able to say you've just used it yourself and what you saved.
There are four training videos below - one for each part of the travel platform. Work through them so you know how everything fits together.
How to navigate and book using the main travel platform.
How to find and book getaway packages.
How the world tours section works and what's available.
Everything that comes with the Platinum level membership.
Once you're familiar with the main travel platform, explore the Entertainment Portal. You'll find it under Membership Services in your back office. This covers additional savings beyond hotels - dining, activities, and lifestyle benefits in selected countries. Worth knowing about so you can mention it when relevant.
This section is about managing your own expectations as much as anything else.
Travorium is not a quick fix. It is not passive income from week one. It is a real income-building opportunity that rewards consistency, relationship-building, and patience. If you go in expecting fast results, you'll be disappointed. If you go in understanding how it actually works, you'll be in a much stronger position.
Give yourself at least 90 days of consistent action before you judge whether this is working. The people who build a meaningful income here are the ones who show up consistently and help their team get started properly - not the ones who sprint for a month and then go quiet.
Your first goal isn't to build a huge team. It's to get your membership paid for by referring three people who join as members.
When three people join through your link, your monthly membership cost is covered. That's your break-even point and it's a realistic early target. Three people who genuinely want access to better travel prices is not a difficult ask - especially once you've used the product yourself and can speak to it honestly.
From there, anything you build is income on top of a membership you're already getting for free.
Once your membership is covered, the focus shifts to consistent growth. This isn't about recruiting everyone you know in the first month. It's about having real conversations with the right people, introducing them to something that genuinely works, and supporting them when they join.
There will be a point where the numbers start to compound - where your team's activity adds to yours. That's when income becomes more significant. But that point comes after a period of building, not before it.
Watch the comp plan video for the full breakdown of how you earn. The PDF has the detailed numbers if you want to go deeper.

Before you post anything about Travorium on social media, watch this. It covers what you can and can't say, how to talk about the opportunity correctly, and how to stay on the right side of the rules. This isn't optional - getting this wrong can cause problems for you and for the team.

Before you can have confident conversations with others, you need to be confident yourself. This training covers how the business works, why the model makes sense, and how to get started with real confidence. Work through it before you start reaching out.

Most people join with good intentions and then stall because they don't know what to do first. This section gives you a clear sequence. Follow it and you'll have momentum within your first 10 days.
Before you approach anyone, get specific about what you're doing this for. Extra income? More travel? Less financial pressure? Something to build alongside your job? Write it down. When things feel slow - and at some point they will - this is what you come back to. A vague reason won't carry you through. A specific one will.
Write down 25 to 50 names. Not a maybe list - everyone you know. Divide them into three groups: people who travel, people who don't travel because it's too expensive, and people who want to make money. That covers almost everyone you've ever met.
Don't pre-judge. Your job isn't to decide who's right for this - it's to share the information and let people decide for themselves. The person you think will say no sometimes surprises you. Write the names first and let the conversations do the sorting.
This is an invitation list, not a selling list. Your only job is to expose people to the information. Say less to more people and stick to the script.
Keep it short. You're inviting, not explaining. Here are two simple scripts - use whichever fits the person:
Say it with energy. Don't over-explain. Your goal is to get them on a Zoom or to send them a short video - not to answer every question before they've seen anything.
If they can't make a Zoom, send them one video from Section 6 below. One link, not several. Give them 24-48 hours, then follow up.
Invite 10 to 15 people to a Zoom in your first 10 days. That's it. Not enrollments, not perfection - just invitations. Each conversation takes about 30 seconds if you follow the script. Most people need 5 to 8 follow-ups before they're ready, so don't take a non-response as a no. Keep going.
Enrol 3 Platinum members within your first 7 to 30 days. That covers your monthly membership cost and puts you in profit. Don't stop there - keep going. 10 Platinum enrollments gets you to the top level of the comp plan. Build steadily and help the people you bring in to do the same thing.
You don't need to know everything. You don't need to be perfect. You just need to be in motion. Momentum builds belief. Action creates clarity.

When someone says they want to know more, send them one of these - not all of them. Match the length to the person. Someone who said "yes, send me something" probably wants the short version first. Someone who asked detailed questions might be ready for the full presentation.
Pique interest video. Use this to get someone curious enough to want to know more or join a Zoom.
Short overview of the membership and opportunity. Good first send.
Very short hook video. Use when someone needs a quick nudge before they'll commit to watching anything longer.
Fast, clear, and straight to the point with Darryl and Maria Roberts. Good all-rounder.
Maria Roberts breaks down the full value of the Platinum membership. Send when someone wants to understand exactly what they're getting.
Detailed presentation with comp plan breakdown by Todd Strand.
Todd Strand covers both the travel savings and the business opportunity side by side. Good for someone who wants to understand the full picture before committing to a longer presentation.

Don't send multiple links at once. Pick one, send it, and follow up. Too many options creates confusion and people end up watching nothing.
The people who build with this stay plugged in. It's not about being on every call or watching every video - it's about staying in the loop, keeping momentum, and not trying to figure everything out in isolation.
